DRNIŠKI PLES POD MASKAMA

Izvucite kostime, stavite krinke, jer svi ste pozvani na DRNIŠKI PLES POD MASKAMA!Ples će se održati u Osnovnoj školi A. Mihanovića Petropoljskog u utorak 21.02.2012. s početkom u 19 sati.
Organizirajte se u grupe, te osvojite bogate nagrade koje smo i ove godine osigurali. Prva tri mjesta osvajaju 1.000,00 Kn, 700,00 Kn i 500,00 Kn, a sve ostale prijavljene maškarane skupine po 200,00 Kn.

DRNIŠKI KRNJEVAL 2012. SE NEĆE ODRŽATI

Planirani DRNIŠKI KRNJEVAL ove godine neće se održati. Odluka je to drniškog krnjevalskog odbora koji se je sastao u 12:00h 13. veljače 2012. u prostorijama TZG Drniša.
Odluka se temelji na sljedećim činjenicama:
- temeljem razgovora s Državnim hidrometeorološkim zavodom koji najavljuje nove snježne padaline sa srijede na četvrtak, te isto tako postoje indicije da će do dodatnog pogoršanja doći slijedeći tjedan,
- iako su najavljene veće temperature nije realno očekivati da će se sav snijeg otopiti,
- komunalno poduzeće i brojni volonteri uključeni u realizaciju manifestacije preusmjerili su svoje aktivnosti na prioritet pomaganja stanovnicima pri čišćenju snijega,
- cijela manifestacija se treba održati na otvorenom u popodnevnim i kasno popodnevnim satima,
- proglašeno je stanje elementarne nepogode,
- brojne zainteresirane maškarane skupine odsječene su od Drniša i nalaze se u okolnim selima,
- organizatorima je nemoguće raditi vani zbog preniske temperature,
- postoji bojaz od smrzavanja, padanja otopljenog snijega i siga sa krovova kuće.
Dani Krnjevala su dani radosti i veselja stoga je krnjevalski odbor dodatno nesretan što je upravo ova manifestacija pogođena vremenskim neprilikama.

CHRISTMAS STORY - DRNIŠ 2011

We are proud to announce that on December 16th and 17th 2011 on the main Drniš square, Poljana, the event „Christmas story – Drniš 2011“ will take place.
The official opening ceremony is planned to take place on December 16th 2011 at 16h. During this two-day-event the organizer prepared an interesting program for both children and adults.
In cooperation with Drniš kindergarten, the first day of the event is „reserved“ for children, during which children plays, Casper magic show and Santa Clause will entertain the visitors.
On the second day, Saturday, December 17th, Christmas fair will take place, where numerous exhibitors will present their handcrafts and indigenous delicacies. In the meanwhile, Tamburica orchestra Krsto Odak, folk groups and dance ensambles will perform. In the evening hours a concert by the local Dernis Jam band will take place.
5th International Smoked Ham Fair (ISAP) in Tinjan

In Poreč, in Anton Štifanić tourism and hospitality school, smoked hams were rated by 15 educated judges according to the ISO standards. These judges are also members of the Association of Smoked Ham Sensory Analysts.
On ISAP, 29 exhibitors from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Austria, Italy, Spain and Portugal, took part.

DRNIŠ REGION CROWNED WITH THREE GREEN FLOWERS

The Green Flower is a theme action of the Croatian national project called "I Love Croatia" implemented by the Croatian National Tourist Board and the whole tourist board system, which takes into account and rewards the overall appearance of the competing towns, state of its facilities and tourist offer. This action is set to improve the level of the quality of life and the town's overall appearance with the final aim to offer a better experience for both the locals and guests.

The action "I Love Croatia" is part of the Croatian Tourist Board's work programme, as well as of the whole tourist board system, which also includes a couple of theme sub-actions.
